All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and official holidays will be processed on the next working day. Our daily cleaning tools are in sufficient stock, and there will be no long-term delay under normal circumstances.
3. Shipping Time
Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for customers who need urgent receipt, with a delivery time of 3-7 business days. Remote areas will take an additional 2-5 business days for delivery.
4. Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping for orders over a specified amount. For orders below the threshold, fixed standard shipping fees will be charged according to the delivery area. Expedited shipping fees shall be borne by customers.
5. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send a tracking number to the customer’s reserved contact information. Customers can check the real-time logistics status through the official logistics platform.
6. Delivery Notes
